Hey everyone. Still breathing. Life's great. Life's busy. Ferggs ftw.
I had a look over the friends list and it feels distant. Things have moved me in a different direction and everyone seems to have gone to the past, with myself to blame for that if anything. That's change though. I'm bittersweet about it. Do say hello if you're reading this. I do miss you.
1 - Tell you why I friended you. 2 - Associate you with a song/film. 3 - Tell a random fact about you. 4 - Tell a first memory about you. 5 - Associate you with a character/pairing. 6 - Ask something I've always wanted to know about you. 7 - Tell you my favorite user pic of yours [if it pertains]. 8 - In retort, you must spread this disease in your LJ [or blog].
Here are the rules: Each player of this game starts off with 10 weird things/habits/little known facts about yourself. People who get tagged need to write a blog of their own 10 weird habits/things/little known facts as well as state this rule clearly. At the end you need to choose 10 people to be tagged and list their names. No tag backs.
Right. Let's kick this pig.
1. I try to be conciencious to cover up the fact I'm extremely self absorbed
2. I was terrified of people with beards as a kid
3. As a kid I occasionally wondered if everything was a set up with actors and such, much like Truman show.
4. ... I still sometimes have irrational suspicions.
5. If I could change into another animal (and back again) at a whim I'd pick the squirrel.
6. I have such an overbite that my front teeth obscure my bottom teeth when my jaw's closed.
7. It's not that I hate my hair style, I hate that I don't have any real choice about it. Stupid wavy hair.
8. Remember the ethical question posed at the end of the movie Swordfish? Would you kill a little girl to save 1 000 lives? I'd paint the walls with her brains.
9. I'm terrified to try different food. Real anxiety. And I wish people would stop giving me a hard time about it.
10. I do a decent job of controlling my temper. I should probably stop that, there are some people who need it laid into them.
Recently stumbled accross XKCD Comics, and I gotta say I'm hooked. This one I like in particular, 'cause I think it pretty much sums up my childhood :P
Merry Christmas to all on the friends list! (and a not-so-merry-yet-still-appreciably-merry christmas to all non-friend stalkers reading too!)
